Chester Willis Field Renovation - Natchez, MS

Chester Willis Field at Liberty Park has been a local gem in Natchez, Mississippi since the 1940s when it was home to semi-pro baseball teams Natchez Pilgrims and Natchez Giants (who became the Natchez Indians after World War II) until 1953. Since 1953, the Liberty Park field has been home to local high school and college baseball teams and the SWAC baseball tournament from 1988 to 1995.

The $2 million renovations have completely revamped the beloved 600 seat venue. Artificial turf, new bleachers, dugouts, fencing and lighting are some of the highlights for this newly renovated ballpark.
